How do I set up or amend a Direct Debit with Banham?

Setting up a Direct Debit is a simple, safe and convenient way to pay for your Banham home security in 12 interest-free monthly instalments.


Here’s what you need to do: 

If you’re an existing Banham customer

  1. Log in to or register your Banham account here [embed link]
  2. Select ‘Billing Accounts’ – enter your customer and invoice number
  3. Select ‘Online Payments’ – choose 'Set up Direct Debit' or 'Amend Direct Debit' and complete the online form
  4. Once your application has been processed we will be in touch
  5. If your application is successful, we will confirm via email within three working days of sign-up. You will also receive an Advance Notice (Direct Debit schedule) 10 working days before your first payment collection is due
