What’s included in my annual contract?

We offer two types of alarm contracts – Maintenance only and Maintenance & Monitoring.


A maintenance contract is simply there to ensure that your alarm system is maintained and therefore we shall perform at least one physical visit each year as well as free technical telephone support, an unlimited number of remote resets, access to 24-hour emergency cover and service engineers 365 days per year, plus reduced service call-out fees.

A monitoring contract has all the benefits of a maintenance contract but with two physical visits per year and more importantly, allows us to monitor your alarm system and be aware of any activations. This is done by your alarm system being connected directly to our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre. Based on the level of monitoring required, in the event of a confirmed intruder alarm, we would notify you or your nominated keyholders, send one of our own keyguards to your home and even notify the police, who will then attend your property.


*Please note, in order to have a monitored contract, compatible equipment such as the panel and communicator are required.
