Rather than freeze your account for the duration of your renovation, we would instead cancel the contract in full along with any monitored services and raise a credit for the remainder of the contract period. This credit would then be applied to your account once the works are completed, and a new contract is in place. Please be advised that in line with our terms and conditions no refund is due against the remainder of the contract period that is to be cancelled.
